If in the event you if you have received the damaged product or the completely different product , you can inform us on the email id sales@himalayarudrakshshop.com regarding the issue with the product on the same date of delivery. 

We accept exchanges only in the event you if you have received the damaged product or the completely different product ,

In case you have received the damaged product or the completely different product ,  we will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-

 

  • Before return or exchange let us know in details with the reason of return or exchange.

Note :-  It is advisable to shoot a complete unboxing video before opening packet on the same day of receiving your order for claiming any Refund / Replacement in case of any missing product & damage .

 

  • Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can Initiate the return of your package as per the instructions given to you by our customer care team.

 

  • Refund will be initiated upon receipt of complete package.

 

  • Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which Himalaya Rudraksh Kendra receives returned goods. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment Method.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be refunded.
